--- Mechanically inclined and able to use basic hand tools. Knowledge in basic electronics is a plus.
--- Trouble shoots laser systems as needed
--- Setup jobs by following work schedules or priorities
--- Maintains a safe condition for the laser systems and the production area by following equipment
operating procedures
--- Understand and maintain process documentation (Work Instructions, Drawings, Travelers and
Operating Manuals).
--- Regularly report on operation status, schedule progress and key assigned project (if any)
--- Highly effective communicator of technical status and issue required. Enjoys team approach over
individual contributions.
--- Support and enforce company goals and objectives, policies and procedures.


Education and Experience:
--- High school diploma with a minimum of 3 years of related work experience or equivalent
required.
--- Associate degree in laser technology a plus.
--- Intimate knowledge of laser alignment, equipment usage and safety a plus.
--- Must be proficient in using a PC, Microsoft Office programs: Word and Excel.
--- Strong communication skills - both written and oral
