Allergy & Asthma Physician Opportunity Location: San Francisco Peninsula - Clinics in Daly City and San MateoPractice Type:

• Established practice with over 35 years of history
• Highly regarded within the San Francisco area
• Options for Associate/Employee or Partner/Owner positionsGroup Structure:
  • Founding Physician, Part-time Associates, and a long-term Nurse Practitioner
  • Collaborative team environmentSupport Staff:
    • Each physician supported by at least 3 LPNs/MAs/RNs
    • Assist with H&P s, patient education, administering shots, and charting
    • In-office allergy lab/mixing for customized patient vaccines & biologics, exceeding USP 797 standardsPatient Volume:
      • 20-25 new patients and 30+ follow-ups per week
      • 1 week per month of light telephone consults (approx. 1 per day)Schedule:
        • Flexible scheduling options: 4 or 5-day work weeksCompensation & Benefits:
          • Expected annual income: $350,000-$450,000+
          • All practice expenses and benefits covered
          • Benefits include PTO, CME stipend, malpractice insurance, relocation assistance, health, dental, vision, and retirement 401K
          • Ownership/Successor option available
