Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Full Time - Tracy, CA

We are seeking a passionate and motivated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in Tracy, CA! This full-time, onsite position will focus on an elementary school caseload, providing essential speech and language services to students. Position Details:

Location: Tracy, CA
Caseload: Elementary school students
Onsite role
Pay Rate: $45+ per hour

Responsibilities:

Conduct speech and language evaluations for elementary-aged students.
Develop individualized treatment plans and deliver therapy to support students' communication and language needs.
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to ensure comprehensive care for each student.
Maintain detailed records of student progress and provide regular updates.
Participate in team meetings and contribute to IEP development as needed.

Qualifications:

Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
Valid California SLP license or eligibility to obtain one.
Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA preferred, but Clinical Fellows (CF) are encouraged to apply.
Experience with pediatric and school-based settings, particularly in elementary caseloads, is a plus.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills.
