Job Description:Assists the Team Leader in all aspects of daily operations, including profitability, expense control, and labor. Leads and develops Team Members. Ensures a positive company image by providing courteous, friendly, and efficient service to customers and Team Members.Key Responsibilities:

• Develops and Maintains Store Layout and Merchandising: Creates visually appealing store displays and product arrangements.
• Works with Team Leader to Achieve Targets: Collaborates to meet sales, purchasing, and labor goals.
• Assists with Sales and Expense Analysis: Analyzes sales reports and labor data to inform business decisions.
• Supports Inventory Management: Assists with ordering and managing inventory levels.
• Resolves Team Concerns: Works with Team Leader to address team issues and concerns.
• Functions as Point Person: Serves as department leader in the absence of the Team Leader.Requirements:
