Regional Operations Specialist RCFE - Northern CARegional
Operations Specialist - RCFE license requiredMust reside in
Northern California.The Regional Operations Specialist is
responsible for the efficient operation and overall management and
direction of the day-to-day functions of an assigned Community in
accordance with policies and procedures, current standards,
guidelines, and regulations. The position is responsible for
achieving and maintaining budgeted occupancy; achieving and
maintaining budgetary compliance; professionally representing the
Company and creating a supportive and enjoyable experience for
residents and team members.The position requires travel to and from
the assigned community in the states of California. Duration of the
assignment may vary.Salary range: $145k-155kResponsibilities:
- Assume the administrative authority, responsibility and
accountability of directing the overall management and control of
the activities and programs of the Community, its residents, its
employees, and financial assets.
- Represent the property in dealing with outside agencies,
including governmental agencies. Participate in property surveys
(inspections) made by authorized government agencies including
developing and executing plans of correction when required.
- Promote the property in a positive manner and effectively
communicate the organization's values to residents, visitors, team
members and the greater community at large.
- Coach and direct Community Directors to meet the expectations
and requirements of the Company including financial management,
excellent service, and team member relations.
- Guide and lead marketing and sales efforts to meet or exceed
targeted census goals in a timely manner and in alignment with
Company expectations, procedures, and regulatory requirements
including the appropriate level of care.Qualifications:
- RCFE Administrator Certificate.
- Two years of college required.
- Three years of experience providing residential care to the
elderly.
- Prior working experience with reporting and data in RealPage
Accounting and Leasing & Rents, You've Got Leads (YGL), and ADP or
other HRIS is preferred.
