Job Title: General Dentist
Location: Boonville, California
Salary Range: $185,000 - $235,000 annually (based on experience)

Responsibilities

• Patient Care and Treatment:
  
  • Diagnose and treat a wide range of dental conditions in patients of all ages, from children to seniors.
  • Perform general dentistry procedures, including preventive, restorative, endodontic, and cosmetic treatments, to address patient needs.
  • Conduct patient assessments, including routine exams, X-rays, and evaluations, to create personalized treatment plans.
  • Educate patients on oral health, hygiene, and preventive care to ensure long-term dental wellness.
  • Clinical Skills and Procedures:
    
    • Provide high-quality dental services, including fillings, crowns, bridges, dentures, and other restorative and cosmetic treatments.
    • Perform complex procedures such as root canals, extractions, and emergency care with precision and empathy.
    • Stay updated with advancements in dental treatments, techniques, and technologies to offer patients the best possible care.
    • Patient Relationship Management:
      
      • Build positive relationships with patients and foster a welcoming, compassionate environment.
      • Address patient concerns with clear communication, empathy, and a commitment to patient-centered care.
      • Guide patients through their treatment plans and ensure a high level of satisfaction and continuity of care.
      • Compliance and Documentation:
        
        • Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, adhering to HIPAA and practice-specific standards.
        • Ensure that all treatments are compliant with ADA guidelines and state regulations. Qualifications
          • Education and Licensure:
            
            • Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) from an accredited dental school.
            • Active California state dental license or eligibility for licensure in California.
            • Current CPR/BLS certification.
            • Experience:
              
              • Minimum of 2 years of experience in general dentistry is preferred.
              • Comfort with a wide variety of procedures, including preventive, restorative, and cosmetic dentistry. Compensation and Benefits
                • Competitive Salary:
                  
                  • $185,000 - $235,000 annually, commensurate with experience and skills.
                  • Sign-On and Relocation Bonus:
                    
                    • $10,000 sign-on bonus and $10,000 relocation assistance to support a smooth transition to Boonville, CA.
