Job Description:
A company is looking for a Multi State Family Nurse Practitioner
PRN.
Key Responsibilities
Evaluate and provide care for primary care, acute, and chronically
ill patients aged 18 months and above
Educate patients on health maintenance, counseling, and medication
management
Document patient care in an EHR and collaborate with healthcare
team members to ensure quality care
Required Qualifications
Must be licensed in at least 5 states listed in the job
description
Minimum of two years of medically-relevant experience
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Ability to work independently and practice autonomously
Must have high-speed internet connectivity with specified download
and upload speeds
