Job Description:
A company is looking for a Prevention Health Specialist
responsible for educating members and providers on preventive
health services.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure outreach for Medicaid-eligible members regarding preventive
health services
Monitor and report on Quality or Preventive Health Programs and
strategies
Collaborate with case managers to coordinate care and prepare
outreach activity reports
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business or healthcare field or equivalent
experience
Minimum of three years of experience in healthcare or community
health
Preferred experience in managed care organizations
Experience with data and data analytics is preferred
