You are a persuasive leader who practices active listening and demonstrates the ability for people to follow your ideas and presence. You are articulate, precise, and prescriptive when speaking at internal and external executive meetings, events, and conferences.You are hands-on with global partnerships. You have a proven track record of business development with banks. It takes a village to deliver innovations and business values to clients via large scale partnerships in a regulated industry. You understand the complicated process internally, bringing together all of Oracle's cross-functional teams you need to interface constantly. You lead through influence in a distributed R&D environment. You are hands-on, hungry to learn, and always following through on actions to ensure Oracle's vision is delivered through meticulous execution.
