Position Details:
Title: Product Manager
Location: Fremont, CA (must live locally to the region)
This is a hybrid role that combines the benefits of on-site collaboration with colleagues and the flexibility to work remotely and fall into two categories - On-site Flex and Virtual Flex. 'On-site Flex' you'll work 3+ days per week on-site at a Company or customer/supplier location, with the opportunity to work remotely for the balance of the week. 'Virtual Flex' you'll work 1-2 days per week on-site at a Company or customer/supplier location, and remotely the rest of the time.
Shift: Days / M-F / Can expect to have a sponsor assist with your ramp up and development during the first year.

Compensation: $125 - $160k salary depending on qualifications and experience along annualized bonus (avg of 10%).

installed base performance and deliver service and lifecycle solutions for their most critical equipment and processes.

The Impact You'll Make
As a Product Manager, you play a crucial role in defining the strategy, roadmap, and features of the product. You are both strategic and tactical. You will span the entire product life cycle, from definition and planning to production release, upgrades, and end-of-life. Your leadership skills will be vital in ensuring cross- functional collaboration across different departments to drive the success of the portfolio of products. With your expertise in both business and technical domains, you'll bring the product vision to life for company and our customers.

What You'll Do
--- Creates product and project vision working with Marketing, Business Development and Senior Leadership
--- Defines project scope, success criteria and business objectives. Manages Engineering Priority List (EPL) and Project Priority List (PPL) projects
--- As an expert on the product, leads customer specification responses as part of order fulfillment and slotting processes
--- Participates in system configuration reviews, verifies customer needs are translated into sales order so that build can commence without interruption
