We are currently looking for a Technical Program Manager(for Software side) role in Fremont. It is a Hybrid, Contract-W2 position for a semiconductor company.

The ideal candidate will manage daily operations and projects for field service-facing Knowledge Management applications and Advanced Services products, taking a hands-on, team-oriented approach beyond traditional PM duties. They will own program responsibilities, ensure successful delivery, hold stakeholders accountable, and develop risk, contingency, and change management strategies.

Minimum Qualifications:
o 3+ years of continuous improvement or technical program management.
o Must be able to travel up to 10% travel required to understand field user's needs and requirements o Proven ability to make decisions resulting in the successful implementation of technical process or operational changes
o In-depth knowledge of business process development / controls and mapping work-item execution status to organizational objectives
o Required tool experience: o Use of Jira/Confluence or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications:
o Experience in or knowledge of Semiconductor fabrication, Semiconductor Equipment Operations, or related industries is a plus.
o Knowledge of Program Management methods and experience in Product Development &Release (PDR) procedures.
o Relevant project management certifications such as PMP, CAPM, Scrum Master, or PRINCE2.
o Experience in Lean Six Sigma methodology or certification (Green Belt, Black Belt) is a plus.
