Engineers for the Calibre Metrology and Inspection tools to support
our rapid growth and expanding research and development activities.
The role of a SEM Metrology and Inspection Senior Product Manager
at Siemens EDA involves supporting ebeam metrology product
management as well as ebeam inspection product management. This
position will focus primarily on the development of world-class
metrology and inspection tools. The Senior Product Manager position
provides an extraordinary opportunity to help define and support
the development of enabling metrology and inspection capabilities
for next-generation semiconductor processes. The PM role involves
close involvement with software engineering, product marketing, and
customers. Responsibilities include providing in-depth technical
support and training to our customers, defining and maintaining
product roadmaps, defining and characterizing new capabilities,
supporting research partnerships, and working closely with Product
Marketing to communicate the value and benefits of new features and
capabilities. This position reports to the Calibre Semi Product
Director.Location: This position may be located in Fremont, CA.Job
Qualifications
- Candidates for this position should have a strong interest in
supporting enabling software technology for ebeam inspection and
metrology.
- MSEE/ MS or Ph.D. Physics, Optics, Microelectronic Engineering,
Electrical Engineering, or Computer Science required.
- Candidates should have a working familiarity with Unix and
Linux OS, and previous experience with TCL, Perl, Python scripting,
or C programming, while not necessary, is desirable.
- A good understanding of semiconductor processing and
lithography is highly desirable.
- A detailed understanding of metrology or inspection in wafer
fabs is required.
- The position requires well-developed written and oral
communication skills.
- Minimum of 10 years of metrology or inspection industry
experience required.
- Minimum of 3 years of product management experience
required.This position will be subject to U.S. export control
requirements under the International Traffic in Arms Regulations
(ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). Employment
is contingent on either verifying the U.S. Person status or

position is $179,400 to $287,100 and this role is eligible to earn
incentive compensation. The actual compensation offered is based on
the successful candidate's work location as well as additional
factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant
