The Quantum Engineering Solutions (QES) division at Keysight Technologies seeks an outstanding product manager to join our team. QES is responsible for producing world-leading solutions for the challenging and exciting market of quantum technologies, including quantum computing, quantum communications, and quantum sensing. We are looking for a talented, energetic, results-oriented person who loves working in a fast-paced, multinational environment. You will market, promote, and grow the sales of Keysight solutions in the quantum market. Your focus will be on the world's first fully digital quantum control solution (QCS) that enables applications ranging from quantum computing R&D to large-scale deployed cloud systems with thousands of qubits. Furthermore, you will broadly represent Keysight's market position in network analysis, high speed communications, and photonics for quantum. As the owner of these solutions, the life and death of the products are in your hands. From deep understanding of the industry, you are responsible to birth compelling new products that meet and exceed customer applications. From deep understanding of the market environment and competition, you develop customer preference towards our products with exciting customer benefits surpassing the competition. With a crisp understanding of the product sales trends, you replace older products with the right renewals to maintain customers' interests. You will be trained on Keysight's instruments that you will be responsible for. In turn, you will develop the marketing plans to drive adoption of new and current products and develop the sales tools that the field teams use to enable sales and improve their sales efficiency. You will also need to coach the field teams on the product features and benefits. You are also the bearer of customer information to internal Keysight teams like Product Planning, R&D or Manufacturing, ensuring that they build customer compelling products. This role is ideal for an enthusiastic customer-orientated engineer with an entrepreneurial spirit. You are constantly seeking to solve customers' problems in their environment and applications using our Keysight products, innovative solutions with the best use of our products and developing new features as needed so that our solutions are compelling.Responsibilities

• Clearly understand customers' problems and translate it back to internal Keysight teams like Product Planning and R&D, describing the problem clearly.
• Develop and driving business and marketing plans for the products. This includes setting up the product BOM, product prices, sales bundles, and the associate training tools for it to be leveraged by the sales organization.
• Develop all relevant publicity and educational materials for both internal stake holders, executives, as well as to enable customer preference in our products.
• Develop all relevant sales tools such as application notes, customer success stories, competition analysis, demos etc, to enable expertise of the field teams to sell our products.
• Determine and communicate Order forecast to ensure that Keysight fulfils the customers' demands.
• Evolve or revolve products or features to keep the customer preference according to ever changing customer needs and applications. Qualifications
  • Certifications, Bachelor's, or Master's degree in project management or other related disciplines
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong presentation skills
  • Great initiative, sense of ownership, and sound decision making
  • Ability to build strong business relationships with key customers and internal stakeholders
  • Power Product and General-Purpose Measurement Instruments knowledge and customer experience a strong plus
  • Possess excellent time management skills and multi-tasking skills
  • Solution orientated and result driven
