ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Demand Generation Manager at Envoy, you'll have the chance to

strategy, and execution. You will own and optimize our marketing
channels, driving lead generation and pipeline growth for our
workplace management platform. This is a unique opportunity to be
hands-on in crafting and executing campaigns that resonate with our

and grow. You'll work closely with teams across sales, marketing,
ops, and product.. Your innovative ideas and data-driven approach
will help us explore new ways to create and capture demand, making

This is a hybrid position that requires 3 days a week (Tuesday -
Thursday) in our San Francisco HQ.
YOU WILL:
- Strategize and Execute: Develop and implement demand generation
campaigns that are effective and aligned with Envoy's mission of
making workplaces safer and more connected.
- Manage Channels: Take ownership of digital advertising
platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta) and other marketing
channels, optimizing them to achieve the best results for our
campaigns.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with sales, product, and
marketing teams to ensure your strategies and campaigns align with
broader company goals. Your role will involve regular interaction
and collaboration to refine tactics and maximize impact.
- Leverage Data: Use data-driven insights to continually refine
and optimize campaigns. You'll analyze performance data to identify
trends and make informed decisions that drive better
results.
- Innovate Constantly: Explore and test new and creative ways to
generate demand. Whether it's experimenting with new content
formats or trying out fresh approaches to digital marketing, your
role will keep Envoy at the forefront of workplace
innovation.
- Support Sales Goals: Partner with sales teams to ensure
marketing strategies support lead and pipeline generation. You'll
align tactics to sales goals, share feedback, and adjust your
approach based on real-time data and team input.
- Own the Lead Lifecycle: Oversee the entire lead lifecycle from
creation through sales handoff, ensuring that leads are nurtured
effectively and that our pipeline remains healthy and
robust.
- Report and Refine: Regularly report on campaign performance to
senior management, providing strategic insights and actionable
recommendations to improve future initiatives.
You Are:
- Experience-Oriented: You have 3-5 years of experience in demand
generation or digital marketing, ideally within a B2B SaaS
environment, and are eager to apply your skills in a mission-driven
company.
- Curious and Eager to Learn: You're excited about learning and
growing in your role, with a passion for exploring new marketing
channels and techniques. You view challenges as opportunities to
develop your skills.
- Data-driven: You have strong analytical skills and are
comfortable using data to make decisions and optimize performance.

clear, compelling content that resonates with diverse audiences and
drives engagement across multiple channels.

Compensation description
Envoy's compensation package includes market competitive salary,
equity for all full-time roles, and great benefits. If you are
located in the San Francisco Bay Area, our expected cash
compensation for this role is $133,000- $152K (Annually).Final
offers may vary within the range provided based on experience,
expertise, and other factors.
