Job Description
Cintas is seeking an experienced Operations Manager.
Responsibilities include managing the location's operations while
implementing appropriate Cintas policies and procedures; hiring,
training and developing the team; managing the overall performance
of the operation; providing leadership; dealing with customer
service and operational issues; maintaining a high level of
customer satisfaction; achieving location goals; managing a budget;
establishing immediate and long-range goals and objectives;
training team members on company safety policies, ensuring
compliance with OSHA standards and regulations and emphasizing a
culture of safety.

Compensation
This compensation information is a good faith estimate and provided
in accordance with California local city or state law. Similar
positions located outside of this jurisdiction may not necessarily
receive the same compensation.
The base salary generally ranges between $98,576.00 -
$126.102.22/Year and is eligible for a target bonus. The bonus
earned is based on the performance of the location and individual.
The range is an estimate based on an applicant's skills and
experience.
