HealthPlus Staffing is seeking a Registered Nurse Case Manager to provide care and support to terminally ill patients. This will be a full-time position primarily serving Merced and South Stanislaus Counties. For this role, you need to be a registered nurse who sees the value of hospice care in alleviating pain and suffering. A compassionate nature and excellent interpersonal skills will make you a good candidate for this position. We expect you to be knowledgeable in caring for the terminally ill, providing expert symptom management and providing emotional support.   • Minimum one year nursing experience, hospice or home health preferred
  • Knowledge of nursing care processes and medication guidelines/side-effects

  • Proficient in reading/writing English

  • Cool-tempered and patient
  • Emotional/mental stability and stamina
  • CA Registered Nurse license required
