Job Description:
A company is looking for a Client Success Director to enhance
customer relationships and ensure satisfaction in clinical research
services.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary interface for key customers, managing
onboarding and ongoing communication
Coordinate with internal teams to meet client-specific requirements
and ensure service delivery
Monitor client satisfaction and outcomes, facilitating resolution
of any issues that arise
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in an IRB or clinical research setting
Comprehensive operational knowledge of client services and
regulatory impact on customer experience
Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field preferred
3+ years of experience in client program development or project
management
Advanced knowledge of IRB processes and federal regulations
