• Ability to offer advice and recommendations to experienced collectors confidently.
• Able to identify authentic and counterfeit items.
• Ability to evaluate a wide range of collectibles.
• Outbound/Inbound sales efforts via email and phone.
• Well spoken and strong communication skills, verbal and written.
• Must possess strong knowledge of Entertainment Memorabilia.
• Strong relationship management skills catering to high net worth customers.
• Organized.
• Offer white glove services for sellers.Preferred Qualifications
• Minimum 2 years hobby-related experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to manage multiple projects and priorities.
• Bachelor's Degree.
• Experience with Salesforce, Excel, and email.The pay range for this position at commencement of employment in California, Washington, or New York is expected in the range below:$100,000 - $133,500Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including location, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a target bonus and restricted stock units (as applicable) in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as PTO and parental leave).
