Job Description:
A company is looking for a Client Success Manager to enhance
client relationships and ensure satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and
understand their needs
Create personalized success plans and monitor client health to
prevent churn
Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure client needs are met and
report on key performance indicators
Required Qualifications
2+ years of client success or account management experience
In-depth understanding of the property management industry
preferred
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Knowledge of Google Suite, Salesforce, ServiceCloud, or similar
CRM
Experience in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
