Responsibilities:We're looking for a visionary and passionate
product leader to help us create and launch innovative new
products. In this role, you will:
- Take a segmented view of the market to identify current and
future needs that Dolby can address.
- Leverage a combination of technical and product marketing
expertise to manage the entire product lifecycle.
- Own the success of your product and embrace the responsibility
that comes with it.
- Stay in tune with market needs and define product requirements
that ensure a strong product-market fit.
- Collaborate with engineering to deliver outstanding products to
our customers.
- Articulate value propositions that resonate, to a broad
audience as well as specific customer segments and individual
constituents of the Dolby Vision ecosystem.
- Define the go-to-market (GTM) strategy, including sequencing
activities and guiding the broader organization in executing the
GTM plan.
- Create and drive the development of sales tools to empower our
Sales team, including marketing collateral and demos.
- Personally support key sales engagements to drive commercial
success.What We're Looking For:Your experience and expertise will
be critical in this role. We are looking for someone who has:
- A proven track record of successfully bringing products to
market.
- Deep knowledge and expertise in the video and home devices
industry.
- Prior experience with Dolby Vision or HDR is a plus.
- The ability to handle complexity and simplify it for others
through clarity of thought and outstanding communication.Key

Francisco/Bay Area base salary range for this full-time position is
$201,800 - $246,500, which can vary if outside this location, plus
bonus, benefits, and some roles may also include equity. Our salary
ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the
range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional
factors, including job-related skills, competencies, experience,
market demands, internal parity, and relevant education or
training.Dolby will consider qualified applicants with criminal
