Job Description:
The purpose of a Customer Service Specialist is to enter
customer orders accurately and efficiently into a company's order
processing system. This role is responsible for verifying
customers' information, ensuring the accuracy of product details
and pricing, and ensuring orders are processed in a timely manner.
The Customer Service Specialist may also be responsible for
responding to inquiries from customers or sales representatives,
troubleshooting any issues with orders, and providing customer
service as needed
* Contact for Customer Inquiries, orders, complaints, RMA's and
quotes.
* Enter customer orders into database accurately and promptly
* Verify order details for accuracy and completeness
* Provide order confirmations to customers
* Communicate with customers to resolve order discrepancies
* Maintain detailed and organized records of orders
* Collaborate with sales and warehouse teams to ensure order
fulfillment
* Provide exceptional customer service
* Perform other administrative tasks as required
* Proven work experience as an Order Entry Clerk, Sales
Administrator, or similar role
* Strong problem solving skills
* Proficiency in data entry and management
* Proficient in MS Office Suite, particularly MS Excel
* Aptitude for understanding a wide array of part numbers and
manufacturing processes
* Excellent communication and customer service skills both written
and verbal
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy
* Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, deadline-driven
environment
* Bachelor Degree in any discipline is preferred.
